This task is about the Mediawiki's Newsletter extension.

This can lead to warnings and fatals as the links redirect to pages that do not exist.

We are not going to use Special:Newsletter/id/delete anymore, and sticking on to the 'Delete' option from the main newsletter page (Top right, More -> Delete).

The task would involve:

• Removing the 'Delete' from the subtitles in Special:Newsletter/id/actions
• Removing the form and other stuff from the codebase.
• Removing the subtitle completely on the delete form (more or less the above one)
