MediaWiki meta talk namespace is usually defined in a message file (look for "NS_PROJECT_TALK", $1 is wgMetaNamespace from InitialiseSettings.php), but can be overriden by specifying wgMetaNamespaceTalk in InitialiseSettings.php.

Sometimes, wgMetaNamespaceTalk is the same like NS_PROJECT_TALK. Those redundant definitions should be removed, to have cleaner configuration.

Your task is to find those redundant definitions, remove them and submit it as a Gerrit patch. Optionally, you can also get your change deployed in this task.
