Set up Systers Mailman3 locally.
Simple Definition:
Set up Mailman3 along with Postorius(web interface) on your computer.
Installation:
- Create a Github account if you don't have one and fork the project.
- Set up Django Mailman3 and Postorius.
- Create virtual environment first.
- Follow the steps from here: https://wiki.list.org/DEV/SetupDevEnvironment
