This task is for making a configuration change to one of Wikimedia wikis.

The wiki site 'ng.wikimedia.org' is not yet created (but will be soon). It's OK to already upload the patch for the logo however.

Your work in this task is to create the change in the /mediawiki-config repository to add logo for the wiki.
