This task will help you become familiar with JavaScript so you will then be able to complete more complex tasks.
freecodecamp is an excellent site where one can acquire new programming skills and obtain a certificate at the end. navigate to freecodecamp and sign in with your github account.
Next, visit learn JavaScript and do the following:
- complete the first 72 lessons under Basic JavaScript
- After this, send us
- URL of your public profile so we can see the work you've done
- A screen shot which shows that you've completed 72/110 lessons
Make sure your freecodecamp profile is public and that your username matches the one you are using for Google Code-In.
You are encourage to complete all the 110 lessons in order to claim the certificate at the end. We also suggest to share screenshots of the results on social media with the hash tags #javascript #GoogleCodeIn and #openwisp.
