[docker-openwisp] Getting started with Docker
Openwisp is developing a containerized deployment model to take advantage of horizontal scaling, repeatable deployments and simplified user customization in cloud-native environments. If you are interested in contributing to the docker-openwisp effort you'll first need to learn about Docker.
Follow the Docker-CE installation guide for your distribution of linux at https://docs.docker.com/install/.
Complete Part 1 and Part 2 of the Docker Getting-Started guide.
Upon completion of Part 2,
- Tag your container with your GCI student name and GCI2019. (ex. /get-started: -GCI2019)
- Push the container to your Docker Hub account.
- Upload the link to your published container on Docker Hub to the GCI system.
- Attach a screenshot of the working container on your machine.
