[openwisp-network-topology] Update addresses implementation from django-netjsongraph

OpenWISP

Update the code of openwisp-network-topology so that it is compatible with this pull request on django-netjsongraph: https://github.com/openwisp/django-netjsongraph/pull/104.

Migrations must be added in a similar way to django-netjsongraph. Try to make the data migration code in django-netjsongraph reusable in order to avoid duplication.
