The OpenMRS reference application is undergoing continuous change and development. Therefore, the latest releases may contain any number of issues. The purpose of this task is to allow you to find out at least two fields in the module of "Register a patient" that need to be improved invalidation

You can try to find issues in the module in numerous ways such as inputting invalid data in order to detect validation errors. Eg. validation error: The system allows you to enter and save a numerical number in the field of the patient's country.

Submission Steps

1. Download the latest standalone reference application from https://openmrs.org/download/
   1. Run the app. For windows operating system run the executable jar file and for unix operating system run the file named run-on-unix.sh
   2. Find at least two fields that need to be improved in the validation
   3. Go to the issues page on JIRA at https://issues.openmrs.org, then create a new issue for fields you found and give a detailed description for each issue.
   4. Label the issue as 'Bug'. (Tag it as gci2019-issue-hunt)
   5. Hit the create button.
   6. Submit the links for each issue you created.
   7. Paste the link for each issue you found in the comment section below.
