Create a short report on OpenMRS's participation in GSoC, GCI, and Outreachy. The report should not be more than 9 pages long and should have a minimum of 4 pages.

You can include the following for each program in your report-

1. A very brief introduction to the Open Source program.
2. When was the first time OpenMRS participated in these programs and also list all the years OpenMRS has participated after that?
3. A graph showing the number of students participating with OpenMRS in each year.
4. Major projects that got completed due to these programs.
5. Last Line of your document : 'It was created by <your_gci_id> with my knowledge and learnings. I haven't copied any piece of content from any other resources to complete this task'

If you do not find data for some year just mention "Data Not Available".
