[nodecloud-cli] - Add option to set Region through CLI command
Add a command to select the Region for AWS,Azure, GCP. There is a file under lib/regions.js which consist of all the available regions for all major 3 cloud providers (AWS,GCP,AZURE). and When we run command --init this should also prompt a question which will let you select the region after you select the cloud provider.
