[SCoRe-Mobile-App] Create a Readme.md file
Introduction: SCoRE Mobile App currently does not have a proper Readme.md file to explain what the app does. You are expected to clone the app and run it and make a complete readme file for the app.
Deliverables:
- Readme.md file
Requirements:
- Readme should be written in clear English.
- Screenshots should be attached.
- Should include a section for developers how to setup development environment.
- Should be creative.
