Albert is a little version of bert with greatly reduced parameter yet still scaling up to a very reasonable accuracy.

In this task you are asked to use Tensorflow Hub's Albert Module to create a classifier and document each step of the way, so that it is easier for the community to use the more performant yet accurate version of bert.
