What is PiPot

PiPot is a micro honeypot system that can run on a Raspberry Pi, which should make it easy to deploy a bunch of honeypots in an industrial or business environment. Since this summer you can also install the server component on regular systems.

Task

Install the server component on your PC (or inside a VM if you use Windows), or if you have a Raspberry Pi, you can install it on there.

What to submit

If you can install it without any problems, we expect a screenshot that shows the web interface running on your own PC. If the installation fails, we would like to see a write-up on what you tried to fix the issue, and if you found any fixes, they should also be documented so we can improve the installation process further.
