Let's modify your program in a way that it's possible for an organization to "bundle" it for its members and that it can only be used by them.
For this stage it's OK to add some instructions and even require Android Studio to complete all the steps.
Let's say we have a company X and every time a new employee starts they want to give him/her access to your program, preloaded with the package of the rest of the employees - a quick way for the new guy to learn the faces and names of their peers!
Of course, company X doesn't want anyone to get a list of their employees, so the very first thing your program needs to do is authenticate the player. Let's assume we use Google as authentication provider, and once the user has logged in into his/her account your program fetches the .zip with the questions and answers (which is going to be the pictures and names of the employees) and the game can start.
When the program starts, also show a configurable company logo.
