Hello Roberta
Background
The Open Roberta Lab is a website providing the graphical programming language NEPO. Different robots can be programmed using the same language. A simulation can be used to showcase the basic features of some robots.
Task
Get comfortable using the Lab.
Check our Wiki to get a basic overview. Get to know the Lab by creating a simple program in NEPO, be sure to use the help pages on the right. Run some programs in the simulation (e.g. a blinking LED for Calliope mini) and try out our different simulations to get a feeling for the robots' capabilities. Look into the Gallery and inspect some programs created by others. Optionally, create a user account for the Open Roberta Lab page. Use the advice and permission of your parents for doing so.
Create two basic programs for the simulation:
- an EV3 program that shows
Hello world!on the display for 3 seconds - a Calliope program that shows
Hello world!on the display.
Deliverables
Complete the task by providing your exported programs in XML format or by sharing the program with the "RobertaGCI" user.
