Add robot change functionality to import failed popup: Add a button and attach an action.
Background
Currently, when importing a program that does not match the selected robot a popup tells this to the user.

Completing the task "Add robot name to import failed popup" may be helpful.
Task
Help us solve issue #299. Add the functionality to change to the corresponding robot when importing a program.
Add a "switch to robot" button to the popup which lets the user switch to the robot of the imported program and continues importing.
Make sure to create a fitting message in blockly.
You can take a first look in the ClientProgramController class to see where the message is generated for the "import" REST call.
Deliverables
