Improve the documentation on random-waypoint-mobility-model.h
Random Waypoint Mobility Model is implemented in the ‘mobility’ module in ns-3, but requires improvements in the documentation. ‘random-waypoint-mobility-model.h’ is available in ns-3-dev/src/mobility/model. This task is aimed at documenting all the methods listed in the ‘random-waypoint-mobility-model.h’. The student must submit the patch for evaluation.
