The Task: Adding a tooltip on the buttons and options available on the simulator and the view project page will enhance the UX of the website while making the flow of the website easier and smoother to follow along.

For eg.- the x button on the rightmost corner of the simulator closes the properties tab while at first sight, it has an impression like it is for deleting the circuit. Thus, tooltips are required to make it clear what buttons do otherwise it is very confusing to know what the buttons do without proper text. Also, when viewing an example project there's an option to fork and embed the project, in case, the user is unable to understand the meaning of the button, a short description, on hovering the button can explain what that does.
