In order to maintain uniformity in all the Pull Requests and Issues created, a template for the same should exist. This requires reviews by other mentors as well(ankitkataria, satu0king), so mention them as well in the PR.

What should you do?

• Create a template for Pull Requests and Issues.
• The template created should be organized and should cover all aspects of future issue headings.
