Setup using Ruby on Rails on Windows without the use of Docker
People always tend to use Windows as their primary Operating system due to ease of use around the world. Ruby on Rails, on windows, is a very tedious task to properly install. With the incoming of WSL and windows terminal, I would request the participants to add to documentation the setup of Ruby on Rails on windows without the use of docker.
