Prerequisite:

1. Fork and clone the project from the github repository
2. Follow the documentation for successfully setting up the project
3. Open Project in Android Studio

Steps:

1. Sign Up as a new user
2. Add a DOB field restricting the minimum age to be 13 years old.
3. Restrict the user from signing up if he/she is less than 13
4. Similarly add a DOB field in the My Profile and Edit Profile page.

After successfully fixing this issue, commit and make a Pull Request. Title of PR should contain "Program:GCI"
