Create a beautiful html response page for successful team signup. Currently on team signup the application simply displays a simple message in json. We want this to be made more interactive by putting it in an HTML page and including a button for the admin to go back to slack.

1. Student can download the code from https://gitlab.com/aossie/slagora
2. Student is required to send a merge request to https://gitlab.com/aossie/slagora
3. Student can view the app from http://slagora.herokuapp.com/
