[Slagora] Create a beautiful html response page for successful user signup.
Create a beautiful HTML response page for successful user signup. Currently, on user signup, the application simply displays a simple message in json. We want this to be made more interactive by putting it in an HTML page and including a button for the user to go back to slack.
