[Mind the Word] Add loader where rendering takes time

Mind the Word contains information which takes time to render. Notable places are - during the start of extension, making graph in the activity section, HTML snippet translation rendering in translation.html, writing exercise(quizzing), oral exercise(quizzing).

This applies to other sections as well which may require a loader.

Expected outcomes

Proper Integration of loader as gif in the above-specified locations.
