[Agora Web Frontend] Show error messages

At the present moment, if an error is encountered during sign up/sign in, only a generic error message is displayed. Improve on the current code to display specific error messages, for example, "Username already exists". This should be done after the Agora Web API task of sending better error messages is completed.
