[Aossie Scholar] Propose a new metric for evaluations.
Currently the app evaluates scholars on basis of 4 major metrics, which are their- h-index, g-index, m-index and TNCc(Total normalized citations per country). Know more about these metrics on the info page. Propose a new metric which could be used for better evaluations. Read and study more about how different metrics are calculated and with what idea they are used for evaluations.
