The hovercard section in options page describes its features. However, this can be done in a better way.

Following things can be addressed properly:

1. Change of background-colour in hovercards with appropriate tags need a description.
2. Icons in the hovercard.html are misplaced. They need a fix.
3. An explanation for Information-rich hovercards similar to the basic hovercards.

Requests for other improvements are most welcome.

3. A similar explanation for information-rich hovercards
