WatchTranslations: Add a "Do you really want to do this?" confirmation step to deleting component
Problem
It is too easy to delete a component by mistake - the tool doesn't ask you for any kind of confirmation.
Proposed solution
Add a "Do you really want to do this?" confirmation step that will display once the user clicks the delete button.
Student is expected to upload a patch against labs/tools/watch-translations repository at Wikimedia Gerrit. Student should claim Phabricator task while claiming task at the GCI site.
