In this task you're to create a new system message for EasyTimeline extension

EasyTimeline is a MediaWiki extension that produces an embedded image from wikitext. The image can be a one-dimensional diagram (horizontally or vertically), or a two-dimensional one.

The extension adds a tracking category on any wiki where it's installed. The category is used to easily find pages using the timeline diagram. This category however lacks description.

To see the problem more easily, visit https://en.wikiversity.org/wiki/Special:TrackingCategories where all tracking categories of English Wikiversity are listed with brief descriptions.

Search for "timeline-tracking-category", and on the same row but under "Category inclusion criteria" column you'll find a message saying "No description available."

We want to create that description.

You have to create the message with timeline-tracking-category-desc key in the en.json file and also message documentation in the qqq.json file, and put this into a single patch in Gerrit.
