MassMailer: Rewrite the tool into a bootstrap-based tool
Bootstrap is much more documentated than web material design. It would benefit the developers to use bootstrap v4 instead of material design.
Student is expected to upload a patch against labs/tools/massmailer repository at Wikimedia Gerrit. Student should claim Phabricator task while claiming task at the GCI site.
