Problem

Special:Translate page, set to open certain message, is more convinient than ordinary wiki editor. It has some checks, suggestors etc. For that reason, the email sent by the tool should include link to Special:Translate rather than normal wiki editor.

Proposed solution

Change the email being sent by the tool.

Student is expected to upload a patch against labs/tools/watch-translations repository at Wikimedia Gerrit. Student should claim Phabricator task while claiming task at the GCI site.
