Problem

To complete T240258 more easily, move from flask-mwoauth to python-mwoauth would be useful. It will allow more direct access to the handshaker, which we can then use to call identify and get details about user who is currently logged in.  

Proposed solution

Read python-mwoauth's documentation and perform the migration.   Student is expected to upload a patch against labs/tools/watch-translations repository at Wikimedia Gerrit. Student should claim Phabricator task while claiming task at the GCI site.
