Problem

If you go to your preferences, you'll see a big blue button saying " ". The brackets indicate "Submit" is a name of message, which doesn't exist.

Proposed solution

Change the message name in preferences.html to "submit" (lowercase), which does exist.

Student is expected to upload a patch against labs/tools/watch-translations repository at Wikimedia Gerrit. Student should claim Phabricator task while claiming task at the GCI site.
