Notes

This happens due to actor migration, in which rev_user and rev_user_text columns were normalized into actor table.

Tip: Test the new query at https://quarry.wmflabs.org, which allows web-based access to replica the tool's querying.

Student is expected to upload a patch against labs/tools/commons-mass-description repository at Wikimedia Gerrit. Student should claim Phabricator task while claiming task at the GCI site.
