VideoCutTool aims to trim and crop on fly videos in Wikimedia commons, This tool is to perform trim, crop, rotate and audio disability and host in Wikimedia toolforge.

There seems to be lot's of unused code and unused files in VideoCutTool, hunt and kill them !
