Wikimedia runs many wikis (nearly a thousand), including 300+ Wikipedias, 170+ Wiktionaries and other projects. Sometimes, it is needed to create a wiki – in this case, a wiki for Wikimedia User Group Nigeria.

In this task, you'll prepare all the configuration that needs to be in place in order for a sysadmin to create a wiki for WIkimedia Nigeria. You can learn what is necessary in our documentation. Please go through "Preparation" and "Install" sections, and do as much as you can. All necessary information should be in the linked Phabricator task. You should claim it while you're preparing the initial configuration.
