Problem

Tracker tries to parse links and display links as clickable objects. However, if link contains a dash (-), it is splitted. An example can be seen at https://tracker.wikimedia.cz/ticket/1904/.  

Proposed solution

Investigate the issue and upload a fixing patch.   Student is expected to send a patch for wikimedia-cz/tracker repository, hosted at Wikimedia Gerrit. When claiming task on GCI website, student should claim a respective Phabricator task as well.
