WatchTranslations: Clicking on login should direct people to where they were prior clicking
Problem
Logging in will always send you to the main page. That doesn't need to be always where you clicked the login button at - and may cause you to again go find the click that made you log in.
Proposed solution
Add next parameter to the login route, that will accomplish this.
Student is expected to upload a patch against labs/tools/watch-translations repository at Wikimedia Gerrit. Student should claim Phabricator task while claiming task at the GCI site.
