WatchTranslations is a tool that allows users to monitor translations.

The source code is hosted on Gerrit : https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/r/plugins/gitiles/labs/tools/watch-translations/

Currently when a user receives an email from the tool, a link to user-settings page is given in the mail. After clicking the link, login will be required, the login link points to an incorrect location.

This task is to change it to correct location.
