WatchTranslations: Add "You don't watch anything" when nothing is displayed in index page
Problem
When you load WatchTranslations for the first time, you will see the "You watch" headline and a link allowing you to watch something new. There is no clear indicator the fact nothing is under "You watch" indeed means there are no matching rows.
Proposed solution
Add a message explaining there are no records for the current user.
Student is expected to upload a patch against labs/tools/watch-translations repository at Wikimedia Gerrit.
