Problem

If you run flask send-changes --help, you'll see no explanation of what which parameter does. You might need to dig to sourcecode to fully understand them.  

Proposed solution

You should try to understand what each of the parameters do and add help texts to the options, so others don't need to dig into sourcecode as you did.   Student is expected to upload a patch against labs/tools/watch-translations repository at Wikimedia Gerrit. Student should claim Phabricator task while claiming task at the GCI site.
