This task is about Wikilink. Wikilink is a tool for tracking external link additions and removals on Wikipedia. Its code is at https://github.com/WikipediaLibrary/externallinks . The tool is available at https://wikilink.wmflabs.org/

If you're on a Program page and have some filtering enabled (e.g. date range), the expectation is likely that clicking on an Organisation name will retain that filtering.
