These tasks should be doable by novice coders. It would be good if they would actually read the directions though. That has been the biggest annoyance with those issues: people try to just copy/paste the existing useless hook_help instead of making it into useful topics... we have instructions on what to do but no one reads them or the standards for topics. But it's all there in the issue summary of each child issue.
