Create a logo that involves the Julia Logo and a string graphic for the JuliaStrings Org.

The design should:

• Be in the shape of a circle.
• Use at most 4 colors, for example, the Julia colors
• Use fonts and images that are the public domain only (see https://www.teachingcopyright.org/handout/public-domain-faq.html), not requiring attribution (cite sources)
• Incorporate the Julia logo
• Incorporates something related to a "Strings".

Include a licensing phrase with your submission (use a separate text file)

Along with your finished graphic, upload a screenshot showing how you made it.

After you have this done, submit an issue to https://github.com/JuliaStrings/StringEncodings.jl with the image.
