Gtk2 is deprecated and we need to port this activity to GTK+3.

This task is to port the TortugadeMexico activity to GTK+3.

The TortugadeMexico activity repo can be found here.

You'll need to have a Sugar development environment setup to work on this task. See Setting up a Sugar desktop environment.
