Music Blocks Issue: ABC import

Music Blocks Issue #224 describes importing from both Lilypond and ABC. This task is specific to ABC.

Background: ABC is a popular notation for music. See http://abcnotation.com/ for details.

The goal is to import an ABC file and turn the imported notation in to a series of note blocks. There is already a somewhat crude export for ABC, but the links included in the Git Hub issue have more relevance to the import task, as they include code for parsing.
