Many of our instrument samples are not sustained long enough for a whole note. This task to to find new samples to replace the string and wind instruments as per the discussion in Music Blocks Issue #1818.

There are multiple instances of this task since there are so many instruments to update. Please update 3 instruments for each instance of the task.
