Turtle Blocks Issue: Fix the random quote generator Plugin
As per [Tutrle Blocks Issue #456]
(https://github.com/sugarlabs/turtleblocksjs/issues/456), The plugin is broken. The probable cause being that something is wrong with the HTTP call.
