As per Music Blocks Issue #1544 we are redesigning the widgets to make them easier to use and more responsive to varying screen sizes.

This task is to adapt the Tempo Widget to the new design.

Note: Unlike the other widgets, if this widget is open when the Play button is pressed, it should start playing. This is in order to enable a metronome-like experience.
