Sugarizer issue #455: Improve Exerciser UI to avoid accidental deletion
Fix Sugarizer issue #455 and send a PR on the dev branch.
Description of the issue:
With the current Exerciser UI it's too simple to remove an exercise by error: just by clicking on the remove button on an exercise.
The idea is to create a new edit mode like in Memorize activity.
The detail of the issue is explained here.
Exerciser is a ReactJS activity, the process to regenerate it is explained here. Understanding of ReactJS is a pre-requisite to work on this task.
